Who we are
This website is run by Atomic Cube Group (“Atomic Cube”, “we”, “us”), Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt. It covers atomic-cube.com and our Software House and Marketing House sites. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Start Your Project form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, how you prefer to be contacted, the services you’re interested in, your timeline, and any project details you write.
- Careers: your CV and anything else you include when you email it to us.
- Emails you send us directly.
If you accept cookies, we also learn how you use the website (see Cookies below). We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t build advertising profiles of visitors.
Visit statistics
To see how the website is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page visits and records general information such as the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your country. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t store anything on your device, and doesn’t identify you or follow you across other websites. We only see the totals.
Cookies
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. Until you do, none of the cookies below are set, apart from the one that remembers your choice.
- Your choice: one cookie (
ac_consent) remembers your answer for 6 months, so we don’t ask on every page. - Google Analytics (Google): the Google tag loads on every page, but until you accept it stores nothing on your device and only sends Google cookieless signals (that a page was viewed, with no identifier for you). If you accept, it counts visits and shows us which pages are read and for how long, how visitors found us, and their general location (country or city), device and browser. Cookies:
_gaand_ga_…, kept for up to 2 years. Google’s advertising features are turned off. - Hotjar, if you accept: shows us how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, including recordings of visits), so we can find what’s unclear and fix it. Hotjar doesn’t record what you type into forms. Cookies:
_hjSessionUser_…(1 year) and_hjSession_…(30 minutes).
You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you turn cookies off, we delete these cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.
Where your form goes
When you send the Start Your Project form, your answers are delivered to our team’s inbox at [email protected]. Delivery is handled by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-to-email service that passes the submission on to that address. Only Atomic Cube staff who handle new enquiries can read it.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and talk through your project;
- to prepare a proposal, and — if we work together — to deliver the project;
- to consider your application, if you sent us your CV.
We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it with other companies for their own use, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Who else can see it
Your information is handled by the services we need to run this website and our email: our hosting provider and Cloudflare (which deliver and protect the site, and count visits as described above), Web3Forms (which delivers form submissions to our inbox), our email provider, Google (Google Analytics, without cookies until you accept) and, only if you accept cookies, Hotjar. Like any website, pages are served with standard technical information your browser sends (such as your IP address and browser type). These providers may store data on servers outside your country; we use established providers that protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and our legal and accounting obligations afterwards. Enquiries and CVs that don’t lead anywhere are deleted when they’re no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation or Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) may give you further rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email [email protected]; we’ll reply within 30 days.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to the team members who need it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
